Shipping Policy & Information
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client both to BOS Golf and back to the client. If you have any questions regarding shipping, contact BOS Golf utilizing our online form, or by calling 760-744-8692.
Shipping To BOS Golf:
BOS Golf recommends using a reliable shipping provider such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Please utilize shipping insurance and document the tracking information for your package. When shipping your order to BOS Golf, please include your order form that is sent to you via email after a successful order submission through our website. If you did not receive the email, or have trouble printing out your order form – please include your contact information within your package. Packages without order forms or contact details will be sent back to the mailing address on the package. Your order details are captured and stored on our website if they need to be retrieved so there is no need to submit multiple order forms for the same project.
BOS Golf does not provide boxes or shipping material for your equipment – that is the responsibility of the client. Packages need to be sent to the following address.

Return Shipping to the Client:
The online order form provides you with multiple return shipping options. Payment for return shipping is the responsibility of the client. If your shipping address changes, or is different than the address that you provided on the order form please contact BOS Golf with the proper shipping address. Once your order is complete, BOS Golf will provide you with tracking information. If for any reason a customer cancels an order the shipping fee will not be refunded.
BOS Golf accepts international orders. Please contact us for shipping quotes. BOS Golf recommends using a reliable shipping provider such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Please utilize shipping insurance and document the tracking information for your package. Shipping fees do not include duties, taxes or other importation fees assessed by other countries. These fees are your responsibility and you should contact your local customs authorities with any concerns relating to fees, declarations and inspections.
International Express/Expedited Shipping
Please note that expedited shipping to foreign countries varies. While there is a range most carriers guarantee shipment to the country but do not have control how long customs may take to process your shipment. Therefore if a package is guaranteed to be delivered in 6-10 days and is done by the carrier but not released from customs for an additional 2-7 days it is still considered to be delivered within the time promised. At which point the shipping carrier used has therefore released liability over to “Customs” and all further issues regarding release of shipment should be addressed with the customs agency. If there is a hold up in customs due to the value claimed BOS Golf will provide the Customs Agency with a copy of the online order form which indicates what value to declare for customs. BOS Golf will inform the customs agent that this is strictly a repair/refurb and that we are returning your club back after restoration. Therefore please be sure to indicated on the customs forms to BOS Golf that you are shipping a golf club for “repair/refurb”.
BOS Golf prefers utilizes USPS and UPS for return shipping. Your tracking information will be provided when your order is complete and shipped. Any special shipping situations need to be communicated and confirmed by BOS Golf.
