You are also a encouraged to download and print out a putter sketch template to fill in exact placement of paintfill or installation of stampings. Once you submit your online order form, a copy of your order form will be emailed to you be sure to print that out and place it inside the box with your clubs along with any other special instructions such as the putter sketch form.
